The Watertown Eye Center would like to welcome Manijeh Contractor, M.D. to our practice, starting June, 2008. Dr. Manijeh Contractor completed her Ophthalmology Residency at University of Texas-Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, where she also received her fellowship training in Neuro Ophthalmology. She has also been a fellow in Ocular Oncology at the University of Toronto, in Canada. Dr. Contractor brings over 20 years of clinical and surgical experience in the treatment of retinal diseases. She has been trained in management of Age-Related Macular Degeneration (AMD) and administration of Intravitreal Injection in Boston, MA. She is a dedicated member of several professional organizations such as American Academy of Ophthalmology, Association for Research and Vision in Ophthalmology and American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
